I have question about that - this is the first time I have decided to participate in an entitlement offer, are you saying that the allocation that I can apply for on the entitlement offer may not go through? I have about 70,000 shares and my entitlement is listed on the offer which I am applying for prior to the 10th of March, I am wondering if there is a chance I will not get what I am applying for (I am only apply for much less than the 3.34 per holding ratio mentioned). I was already concerned that even this offer is not guaranteed. My apologies if this inquiry seems a little inane- this is my first time applying for an entitlement
