Can I sell TV2O, page-78

As the options were initially issued to reward 'loyal shareholders' and not to raise money primarily (I say this because of nominal cost) now that some shareholders did not want them or buy them......
is there a need to issue those shortfall shares to anyone at this stage, I mean why not just cancel the shortfall if they dont need money at this stage...just a thought

I am sure many mates will be ready to lift the burden of 8 bags by paying the nominal issue price.
