I was thinking more in terms of the partner selection process for CEIP, China being shut for business has limited the pool of potential suitors and has probably made it harder to negotiate a good deal.
No doubt IRD has recently taken suitors to the field - we can see that from the last field guide presentation. That was a very technical document and not really for retail consumption.
