Hi there, welcome aboard. it's definitely a lot quieter here than HIO but I think that could all change very quickly.
The key catalyst is a partnering deal on CEIP. As in, say a steelmaker comes in and buys a share in the mine at the asset level: This will free up $ for IRD and allow them to progress the port and other projects they have.
I get the feeling news on this isn't too far away.
Key point is that this is far more advanced in terms of development than HIO and they also own the port land in full and 25% of the port development company.
