Is 50k p.a enuff scale for operating costs to stlll be adequately low enough given different pricing scenarios . If YES , then its DO-ABLE at 50k p.a initally , then you cap raise at higher prices around 2.50-3dllrs and double yr capacity....Banks know of all these scenarios as mining companies do this all the time. Costs/ cost control are the issue as production will be ramped in future. You can have it run at a small loss and Focus on the Ramp Up if yr costs are controlled due to scale economies at 50k. The lower the costs the better. At 50,000 production per yr are costs efficiencies high enough to warrant such scenario ? If YES , GO AHEAD. No diff to mining stocks that have sufficient scale to go into prod at minor profits with the focus on the RAMP UP bringing home the roost.
