What if they Announce that theyre going ahead at 40,000 p.a production, loan half the size very Do-able, will be up running in say 18mths proper, with aim for future ramp up to double this prod - all the shorters will get burnt to a crisp ! This thing can stll go ahead at a smaller size boys, and this is the only logical play to occur given they bought the land and property. Dont be Stupid to think its Done .
