This thing can stll go ahead at a smaller size boys, and this is the only logical play to occur given they bought the land and property. Dont be Stupid to think its Done . Land/property is BOUGHT, gov has an offtake, Aurrora has a LG plan here thru Cann - Logically theyll scale it down, take half the loan and get it up.
