Dude... have a look at qrly - - 14.3mill out of 25mill Cash on Hand is being used for Property-plant-equip projected CAPEX. And 6 odd mill for wages/expenses. If the plant goes ahead at 50K p,a instd of 70k they can cut capex costs by 20-25% here , Ie they can EASILY spend 10 odd mill on CAPEX and save 5mill . So they started w 25mill out of which 20mill will be spent, but with these 5mill in capex savings , we're left with circa 10mill on Balance Sheet Cash. Thats enough to pay for most of next years admin/wage costs at a lower rate and rescaled rate of production. Less employee/ admin expenses. With 10mill in bank they can get by the Entire next year id say at a rescaled smaller project.
