If they buy at discount from their investments .Re Dilution , what you telling me that an extra 20 shares on 140mill shares wasnt ever in the works?? or that its a significant material amt? An extra 20mill shares is 14% of Capital, so well be Diluted by 14%, yet IF THE OPERATION IS UP AND RUNNING ,, the PE will be HIGH to reflect it being the ONLY mass producer with huge difficult barriers to production. So the 14% dilution is BS in the grand scheme of things...
