Rubbish - the production profile can be revised and tweaked - the cash borrowed greatly lessened if need be - it can STILL go to PRODUCTION at say 40k-50k a yr with the view of future expansion - Once up at even 40k a yr , the PE wld be very high - they can do a CR once up in production w much higher s.p!

All thats needed is Sufficient Scale - if its at "sufficient scale" (for economies of scale on costs) at 40-50k p/a then YES , GET IT UP TO PRODUCTION A THESE LEVELS which still offer adequate scales on costs. It CAN go ahead thus at the sufficient scale point. Only to be ramped up to better scales in future...BANKS can see all these scenarios
