If I borrow $100000 to buy a house and that house raises to $500000.
I forget to pay the bank this 100000 so the bank gets a bit annoyed and sells my house out from under me.
What do I owe the bank. !!!
We both know what we owe the bank. $100000 plus interest.
This scenario is based on CHM actually giving Crossland the money to buy Jack hills. So is my worst case scenario.
How much money was intially involved here.
