Friday I understand is a directions hearing only setting out dates, process and how case will proceed.
Would be surprised if merits of case are even debated.
MMX share price is hardly going gang busters when chart against other iron ore producers
I assume MMX supporters are relying on MMX directors assurances of there been no case.
Problem is that if it is proved that the case has foundation then Harbinger etc would then have grounds to sue MMX as it has relied on statements of new MMX board.
I wonder what Mitsubishi think of all this.
