the market does NOT know what key documentation, letters, minutes and supporting information etc that CHM have behind the scenes locked away safely that was used in conjunction with proofs of evidence from various parties to form the basis of their SOC. that is the key. all this information will be shown to MMX and vice versa during the discovery process of the case which could be along way down the track and that is when both parties really get a feel for who is in the box seat hence the next step after that being mediation. remember you cannot go to court withholding relevant information. but neither party knows at this stage what the other party has up their sleeves. one crucial bit of information could be a knock out blow. imo it is almost impossible for CHM to get knocked back this friday. AH would look like fools otherwise. even after the SOC is allowed, the lawyers will write back and forth asking for facts and evidence to support the claims but even so, not all information requested at this stage needs to be given until discovery. it could take 2 to 3 years to get to discovery.

to try and connect the share performance of particularly MMX with the likelihood of CHM's success or not at this stage imo is laughable. but to all MMX shareholders, feel free to do so if it helps you to sleep better at night...
