unless there is a solid agreement that NiCu would use any funds or financial help, regardless of legality, to fund the Jack Hills aquisitions or other, and that as a result of such help CHM would have some sort of entitlement to any assets aquired by such means, then all that will result is......CHM stuffed up
If I lend or even give you 10 bucks, which you then use to buy a lotto ticket which wins you millions, then good for you...
If you however entered into a contract with me outlying your plans and my entitlements to any gains as a result of me giving you 10 bucks then, well, you owe me.
There seems to be mention of a trust, by CHM, for the procurement of any assets as a result of selling those shares NiCu recieved for Nil consideration...is that in writing. If not, they have nothing I reckon.
As for overpaying for certain assets.....it appears some people are making a habit of it....maybe some people in other companies better take notice of some statements in this SoC regarding that matter.....
