To me it looks like they have cleaned up the balance sheets reduced debt and closed the manufacturing plants that were unprofitable or no manufacturing left I think?
All good things, but
Market conditions are very weak globally and thats why no one is really looking at it closely

I agree with you that a bottom seams to be in place and sell downs are being picked up religiously

Its been such dog for a long time and many have been burnt, including me
I have been averaging for the past few months and is starting to take shape.

Could be worth a punt now for new entrants
