As most car makers, Daimler sees a bright future for EVs. The company’s original plan was to announce 10 new all-electric vehicles by 2025, with 15 to 25 percent of all their production being electric by the same year.
It now looks like the German manufacturer wants to speed things up. At the Annual Shareholder‘s Meeting in Berlin, Daimler announced that it wants to reach its goal three years sooner than initially planned. This means that it wants to get the upcoming EVs into production by 2022.
