A contract effective date or settlement date is a key material term, without which the 'contract' would be incomplete and uncertain and hence non-existent.

KDR is adamant that there was NEVER a contract, not even in April.

Again, what are the odds that KDR's two sets of lawyers are wrong about this one ?
And don't forget, it appears that MZN's previous set of lawyers have walked away. The risk of not getting paid due to probable loss would be as good a reason as any.
