Can KDR/ASIC prevent MZN profiteering from this legal saga?, page-2

To say it is purely supply and demand at force is such an ignorance or naivety. By the way it does not address the questions I raised.

Anyone with knowledge of any legal cases brought on by ASIC or the defendant's management to stop the plaintiff from buying, accumulating, profiteering in similar manner that I raised and trialled in Australian courts please share. Love to hear of any precedence cases and the results by the courts.
