Proving it would be nigh on impossible . Forget about them dropping the case . If certain people have made a killing out this through unscrupulous means ,I don't think they will be too concerned about the effects it will have on the company or shareholders . I would suggest they are most probably thinking about themselves . Personally I'd be interested to see if any of the BOD resign when this is over . They may have better things to do with their time , if you know what I mean . All IMHO only
