    AVZ has had a win in their court case. True that their situation is different to what we have here with KDR but they were the current holders of the tenement going into the court action.

    Major advantage is to who currently holds the ground and who has done the most work on it while being held.

    Fail to see how MZN will get anywhere in this case and the market agrees looking at their share price.
