Your logic makes no sense? KDR can sue for damages while pushing ahead into production, the legal team doesn't limit our capacity to start planning a mine design and the signing of offtake agreements. Just because the lawsuit provided a great investment opportunity doesn't change the fact that MZN has serverely slowed our progress towards production on what seems to be a rather weak case which I personally think was fishing for a settlement deal.
