I dont profess to know much about this stock but I like what I have read here and on the history and latest asx releases. Its mc is extremely low.

I did ring an office bearer of the company prior to buying and was nearly turned off, and I would thank the hc contributors for their valuable input.

I asked the spokesperson specifically about the option of Novartis for 800 million as I could not believe the large sum and the low mc. He chuckled and said that it would not be exercised and I was told that they have had so much time to do it and they have not. I asked him why it was ever mentioned in the quarterlies? He said only because it was still a live option. It could be exercised theoretically. Maybe the option may be re negotiated, on expiry?

This conversation was made prior to the latest announcements, so it may now be completely different now.
