    Fundamentally I agree with you and the hope I now have riding on this stock also agrees with you.

    One thing though, when KIM broke the 68.5 cent mark on Friday, it did generate a short term sell signal.

    I wouldn't short it for shiite, especially with the takeover talk on this hotting up.

    Not happy with the couple of K I have lost on it though.
