It's surprising that holders are becoming angry over a few cents difference now, but I guess everyone has their breaking point.

As a catch up, I don't really see it as a place to be making plans to overturn the world.

From a vote casting perspective I have a feeling that their might be more voting against the remuneration report than normal, as for how that plays out would be interesting.

How many days does a company have to call a new AGM post... Isn't it 90?

I can understand the frustration, though I would prefer to see some forward movement by the company, or at this time do they simply have no plan and will soldier on relentless?
