There could be two actions.

One against the company for leading investors along re the SdV negotiations.

Second would be against those who have done the manipulating in contravention of the ASX trading rules.

I favour action against the second group, but it requires analysis to prove.

There are a few of us who are looking to get that analysis completed, but we would also be looking to others for a contribution if you were willing.
