A lawyer will happily take your money.

The fact that you want to lay a claim because of a loss you suffered on the share market as a result of a business decision and normal trading is absurd. Looks like you don't have the emotional maturity to be in the the market. Even if you took action against the directors (either as a member or as a derivative of the company), you will hurt the share price even more. Talk about cutting your nose to spite your face.

Give yourself peace of mind, put your money in a high interest account, buy an ETF or don't invest money in speculative mining/emerging markets if you can't handle volatility.

Sit on the sidelines and add constructive points to the conversation suggesting a class action is less than constructive. Leave the people who mine and operate as their job to do their job; you do your job which probably doesn't include legal action against companies.
