Risk/reward SRV, nothings changed in that respect, in fact the heightened risk amplifies the barriers to entry possibly increasing the reward.
Very few companies on the ASX that you can invest in at the formative stage with the potential to be No. 1 or 2 globally, and an emerging industry like RE is always going to be high risk.
Caveat Emptor, and take it on the chin without blubbering.
