To Chalea, there is no reliable site that points to phosphate spot price because the deals are unregulated. The individual spot price of a deal depends on may factors including quality of end product and requirement of buyer, it is very unlike gold oer ounce is gold per ounce etc.

The indicators of current phosphate price are delivered through results of contract negotatiations whoever it is important to know that not all contracts are divulged. It's an inexact science unfortnuately.
