A niggling question for me was how the heck did MPL reduce Dog 4's tumour size so quickly ... ie over 14 days. I can't recall the dimensions of the main tumour being given, but the multiple tumours in Dog4 is suggestive of size. To me, the speed is not suggestive of monepantel removing a competitive advantage and so holding it at a stalemate. It will be doing that imo, but I feel a 60% reduction is suggestive of active elimination by the dog's immune system.
Only N=1, but still ...
