IMO Great opportunity to buy.

We just need to take a step back and truly understand who Cephalon are ( very smart players in the Pharma industry)and appreciate that as a $4.5B market cap US Pharma , they have invested $350M in Mesobalast.

They definetely like what they see and IMO , they view MSB as a major value add to there business.

Also in an article posted by Indie resaerch - they refer to Barron's review whereby Cephalon are one of the potential targets for M& A activity by Large Pharmas. The article is dated 31 January 2011 & titled "Big Pharma M&A On The Way For Biotech Stocks?"
