My opinion only. But the issue with MTS isnt a revenue issue, but more a margin issue. From the 14/15 figures their total revenue was around 13bil sales, yet they only made around 190mil profit, which is only around 1.5% profit on revenue.
WOW's margin was around 3.3%. So MTS only needs to reduce their cost base and increase their margin to sector standard of around the 3%, they would double their profit without needing to increase revenue. And I think this is what they are genuinely trying to do, by not paying dividends and hire new management experience in turning around a company.
