The two biggest shareholders in AER are Maurie and Bernard Stang who are also major shareholders in NAN. Maurie is also the Chairman of both companies and if NAN was close to commercialising its UV space disinfection technology (which, among other things purports to effectively disinfect surfaces), I would have thought that a "chinese wall" between the two companies would not be enough. Instead, the Chairman of the two companies might then need to consider declaring a potential conflict of interest and take appropriate action as required. However, if NAN's UV space disinfection technology was not in the process of being commercialised, then a potential conflict of interest would be far less likely to be an issue arising.
