Ouch, that hurts for Eagleview, B- is pretty low. Probably increases their already hefty interest bill too.
Nearmap is in a good position with no debt and a fair amount of cash. They are burning cash but they have stated they will started scaling back the expansion expanses, and I think the ACV will keep growing reasonably.
