Having said that the area is very interesting. By traditional standards COB has average grades, but the ace up their sleeve is that they upgrade the grade by 5x through a simple gravity separation process. Thus only feed 20% of the ore through the plant.
FYI: a recent broker report speculated a capital cost of $450m for the COB plant. Flippa you got any thoughts on this? Seems a little high for a sulphide plant.
With good drilling results, however, this project could have great potential.
