    The interesting thing that we can say from data alone is that even with a significant drop in Phillipines output, the nickel price has not recovered..so, now with the new Environment Minister in Phillipines who by default has to be more moderate than Gina Lopez (otherwise they should just let Gina stay), Phillipines will likely be having at least a few miners having the license to operate again. The current demand supply seems to be either slightly undersupplied or slightly oversupplied. When the mines are firing again, guess what will happen unless demand picks up? Demand from China has shown over the last quarter to be dropping as well compared to last year..
