With 1 billion revenue and 7 times multiples market cap, it can have a market cap of 7 billion dollars and stock price of 20 dollars even before the end of next year if management is successful in steering the ship to safety which I THINK THEY WILL.
And that 20 dollars will just be the begining and only one of the ways to value it. It is not without reason that similar stocks in UK , R selling at PE of 23 and above.
SGH stock price has been u can SAY controlled by vested interests in the direction that suited them in the presence of vaccum and ASIC ETC ETC.
All these things R not going to stay for ever. Things do revert to mean and the men is not 73 stock price for SGH but 730 ATM.
