I read with interest and with very little surprise, (having written already about a little gem in Brazil) that Tucano Gold has been fully funded.

Not only has Tucano been funded, they are in possession of a binding agreement for double what Minas Tucano needs to get it started. Who knew that this was a good bet... well Brazilian private equity....that's who.

What does all this have to do with Kalgoorlie?

Great question. Tucano is private and low and behold....it seems that the best place for the Company to end up, is on one of the premier mining stock exchanges. Previously listed in Australia, it can be once more. You see where I'm going here.

Kalgoorlie is a shell which needs a producing asset to take it from the bottom of the gene pool up the ranks into a producing dividend stock.

Perhaps the senior management at KAL may look up above their woes of watching their current share price and think this to be a good idea and reach out. We shall see.

And if you would like to see as well...here is the latest.
