Jin, Agree with your assumption, no one else benefits except the SI's with a low SP and using bots at these sell prices is the cheapest way to achieve their objective. Additionally if they were to sell lower they would be losing capital quicker as the recent placements were at 1.1c although this is probably chicken feed. At some stage in the near future a placement will eventuate (refer agm notes) the SI's will benefit more with share issues at this price.
