Simple transfer pricing mechanism e.g. from our China entity to the European entity (in the Netherlands I think it is) before final contractual sale to end customer would also be a mechanism to offshore some profits & cash. Possible to remit a dividend out of China once taxes are paid but some red tape/ time required.

Re; Niu I'd also be interested in their gross margins... Vmoto moved out of the China market largely because the margins were too small. I assume Niu was getting priced purely on sales growth but as soon as that slows people start to delve deeper into the P&L...so maybe an issue for them there.
