As a fellow 10 year sufferer, I think this could be the best news for ERG for quite a while. They have so many resources comitted to that project that removing that contract from their workload will free them up to focus and install their other projects around the world, not to mention cut expenses.
The NSW contract is a dog on both sides. Why are shareholders so concerned given that it hasn't earned us anything for 3 years and it would probably be another 3 years before we see any money.
Let Cubic have the NSW contract and take up the loss maker.
