OK simple dilema....
its all about eggs in a basket and the old saying.....dont put all your eggs in the one basket.
my basket is approx 90% PEK and 10% others....and has been for a little while now, avg about 55 i think...and made a bit on the way trading it also.
I have never bought as house. Single and 44 this year. Back home for 3 years now after a decade overseas( i missed the Howard years)
Can PEK buy me a house.....?
Holding 153k atm. Just need them to approx tripple from here. Risk Vs Reward.....and the fact that I wont have a mortgage if i can pay cash or easy circumstance loan...
I understand about the old saying and I know about diversification, although it has never worked for me to much.....so
any constructive comments?
