Makes a lot of sense, I think. The study for a 2,500tpa H2 Hazer plant came back with a 3x cost increase vs the CDP, yet 25x the projected output(!). Now they’re talking about 5,000tpa, and already flirting with 10,000tpa and 20,000tpa. Targeting such economies of scale might do wonders for the H2 price.
