IMO PLS will never get taken over completely. Undoubtedly our partners (off takers) CATL and POSCO only invested in PLS to secure guaranteed Lithium supply. I imagine that both companies wont be satisfied with around only 10% of the company and will increase their share gradually during this time of price weakness, Once they each have 20% of the company it will be completely takeover proof ( it probably is already) and they will jointly control it and have a common interest. PLS share price will be largely irrelevant to them. Nor will dividends ever be a priority. Institutional investors and shorters are using the last placement at 30c/sh to exit with a 10 to 15 % profit leaving us retail shareholders to pick through the slag heap. I hope I am wrong about this but cant see how a different outcome makes any sense. My shareholding is much smaller now than when I started buying PLS so no big hurry to sell whats left but will probably grab any decent rise if it happens. GLTAH
