I surely think pls can be a take over target because its future is not bleak like its share price fall may imply. Several pieces of recent news from CN make me think so. One such relevant news from Bloomberg 3 hrs ago reports that CATL will be starting to build a mega factory now to be productive in 2 years, and be at full capacity in 4 years. The move is perhaps trying to align with the r ecent national goal if 60% NEV by 2035. Wouldn't businesses with a long term view like to own PLS at a low price ... like now ? Yet, there're still problems of survival staring at the whole supply chain. Someone commented decently that survivors in the supply chain will be kings in time to come.
