If you have lost your offer docs contact linked market services as each document has a unique code per shareholder. They will either need to send a new offer application or hopefully email it through. It happened to me some years ago where I lost the paperwork and they could repost or go into the registry office and pay. That was a different registry so not sure what the protocol is for lonkedmarket services.
