They will get them at 2.9c when the vote is approved so i am sure they can just wait.. 2.8c however will be in there best interests to scoop up as it will increase the chance of a yes vote and they are getting a .1 discount per share..
As other holders have stated, we are likely getting the shaft either way.. sell at a loss or hold with a ceiling at 2.9c when all other goldies are racing.. i am strongly thinking about selling and moving into goldies down today for no other reason than bankers (and dirty old oil/ ore) bringing the market down.
I shouldnt complain given my personal situation but if you have been holding long term this is a big and very bitter pill to swallow.
