I have been watching Amaero for some time. Its (lack of) growth pattern very closely resembles a bunch of other tech companies I have been close to. On each occasion the key factor for success was absent: No one on the team with a really great track record with a substantial exit or a huge hit. No one on the team who is a hard-hitting meat eating salesperson. It's always the same: a bunch of scientists and academics and a lot of brains but absolutely no one who stands out as a commercial animal. So...does Amaero have the right Board?
Can scientists take a business to commercial heights?
