Been watching this stock for a very long time and held the stock for sometime before i got frustrated. Unfortunatly this stock just doesnt want to go anywhere and managements poor handling and constant issue of shares and debt have killed what little hope this stock has IMO.
Company now has 1.8m in debt and a large balance of loan facilities approx 8.8m if they where to be all drawn upon. Plus La Jolla kills any price movement by selling into it with their discounted stock. I hope somewhere in the future things turn around for this company as i thought it had potential. I still cant believe nothing is finalised on the prism deal, hopefully it can bring some life to this company and they can get rid of these debt facilities. At least they paid down some of the debt from last quater anyway GL guys i hope it all turns around.
