Can the senior lenders be shareholders as well, if they can, it would be too easy for the senior lenders to get the majority(or even 75% as mentioned before) approval for the deal. It costs less than 50M to collect half of the CNP shares in the market. If that's the case, I would sell and walk away. Otherwise, I would hold and have my say, I believe most of the shareholders except the senior lenders are not in favor of the deal at all.
