OPEX CUTS, & restructuring in UK which alone can change the loss to profit ebven without effecting the revenue and service to clients and that too with natural attrition and in a phased manner without the need to break the bank.

1 billion dollar revenue frenchise can be easily managed to deliver 25-30% margins. in 12-18 monbths.

150 million already existed in head room and cash on hand at the end of Dec 2016.
and many many more issues like 900 million write down providing a tax free cushion for 3-5 yrs.

WIP certified already there which will infact fetch 1000 million in future.

I also wonder why it is trading and management should seek voluntary halt.
Here is my take why it is still trading because management is v v confident of a good outcome that BANKS WILL EXTEND the loan agreement . simple.
